Jackie's journey into skin care began over eighteen years ago. Years prior, after graduating from West Georgia University with a Bachelor in Business Administration, she advanced to executive positions in risk management and Insurance. During business travels, she frequented day spas across the country to release the stress and demands of her corporate career and bi-coastal air travel. These spa experiences left her intrigued, and obsessed with implementing a plan to transition into the spa industry. After years of trains, planes and automobiles, she left the corporate world to reinvent herself as a spa professional and attend Cosmetology school.
After graduating from Esthetician school and passing state board exams, she continued her studies at an advanced skin care institute. This education combined with her previous corporate experience opened the door to launching a boutique spa business in a prominent salon. As business flourished, so did her career. It wasn’t long before she was enticed by an affluent and acclaimed day spa to work for them. This position allowed her to expand her services, participate in advanced training, and learn the corporate approach to skin care.
Along the way, without realizing it, she became a sought after Esthetician and Wax-a-nista, known for her “all about the client” approach. After years of working for someone else, she ventured off on her own and launched a small spa business. Jackie's journey was both personal and professional. There came a time in her life where her career took a back seat to focus on family. Her greatest accomplishment was the birth of her daughter and becoming a mom! Then it was time to reinvent herself again. Her entrepreneurial drive and spirit lead her to living her dream, to launch a concept of beauty, a lounge with refined services that would define the beauty industry, Behold Salon and Spa.
Jacqueline will be hands on, offering her Master Esthetician services at Behold Salon and Spa. She specializes in Waxing, Facials, Peels, Lash Lifts, Brow Design and Lamination, Brow Henna and Tinting and so much more! If there is a beauty concern or question, she's your girl! With over 18 years in the industry, she can offer you a plethora of factoids, information and suggestions that will change your skin and your life. We think there should be more to beauty than what’s on the menu.
When Jackie is not in the Spa Room, you will find her spending time with her daughter and dog George and new pup Bella. She loves to hit a round of golf, ski the bumps and is obsessed with racquet sports!
Diana, LE
Master Esthetician & Dermalogica Expert
You won’t find an Esthetician more talented and educated in skincare. Diana’s passion for skincare evolved when she was a young child. She suffered from eczema looking for any way to soothe her skin. As a teenager she began experiencing with products and ingredients to treat and heal her skin. She began an amazing journey into skincare. To this day she looks for new and inventive ways to treat skin, homeopathically or with industry leading skincare products. Diana has over twenty-nine years’ experience earning prestigious awards such as Best Esthetician by Philadelphia Magazine and a three-time winner by Main Line Today. She attended the Von Lee International School of Aesthetics and Gordon Phillips Beauty School. She has also received advanced education from industry leaders such as SkinCeuticals, Dermalogica, Murad, Phytomer, Elemis, GM Colin, and Cosmedix Circuit. Diana has extensive experience in advanced facial treatments, medical peels, lymphatic drainage, hot stone facial therapy and pressure point massage. Diana has also earned a certification in Reiki Massage Level 1 and she continues to educate and enhance Reiki skills. Her relationship with our CEO started over twenty-five years ago, when Jackie was a client of Diana’s. Diana was instrumental in guiding Jackie into the amazing world of skincare of which, they both previously co-owned a spa business providing in home spa services for intimate gatherings. Diana, has the unique ability to make her clients feel beautiful inside and out. She takes an earnest interest in their skincare concerns to develop an at home regime for ultimate results.
Brittney, LE

If you want a life changing experience, liberation or reinvention, Brittney is your Master Wax-A-Nista and Esthetician! Born and raised in suburbs of Philadelphia Brittney began her journey in the beauty industry at Empire Beauty School. After graduating she soon launched her career at leading salons specializing in hair removal and skincare. With over eight years of experience she specializes in intimate waxing, face, brow and body waxing, facials, tinting and more! Her experience also includes positions as a waxing trainer at a leading hair removal franchise, a personal beauty advisor and make-up artist.You will not find anyone more qualified to make you feel beautiful! Throughout her career she has worked on teams in leading salons to develop her vision for beauty and esthetics. Brittney prides herself on protecting the integrity and privacy of clients while making them feel beautiful inside and out! In her downtime, Brittney enjoys spending time with her family and friends with frequent jaunts to the beach to relax and soak up the sun!

With Over thirty-five years as a hair stylist and color artist, Alex is known throughout Philadelphia and the Mainline as a leading stylist in the industry. His expertise in precision cuts result in cuts lasting beyond expectations. Alex color artistry is effortless, natural, and beautiful. His specialties are endless! He rocks a Pixie, whips up amazing, time efficient highlights…short, long, curly, straight…he’s done it all! Alex spent over twenty-two years as an owner and stylist of a successful salon on the Mainline. His love for his craft lead him from ownership to continuing his artistry at our salon. Alex is a wonderful addition to our team, a mentor for our rising assistants and a wonderful person to work with. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Behold. When he is off the clock, he enjoys spending time with his husband, Keith and two pups at the shore.
Brittany
Master Stylist and Color Artist & DevaCurl Certified Stylist
Brittany has a world of talent! She is a Master Hair Stylist, Master Color Artist and a certified Deva Curl specialist. She has a vision and the ability to transform any hair type, build a life around it, and then turn hair into a masterpiece of beauty. She graduated from the acclaimed Aveda Jean Madeline School in 2009. With over ten years of experience, she has built a committed book of customers that would follow her to the ends of the earth for her color and cutting expertise! After passing her state board exams, Brittany studied under creative and talented Master Stylists to learn techniques that would set her apart from her peers. Her knowledge and hands on experience shows through in her work and her reputation as one of the leading stylists on the Mainline. Brittany’s love for hair began at a young age while playing "hair salon" with her friends. Her passion for hair artistry became an amazing journey of growth and creativity. She applies her many skills to empower her clients to look and feel beautiful. Brittany’s favorite talent is color, especially highlighting. She has the unique ability to create dimension in hair color that is beyond traditional hair coloring. She also specializes in Organic Hair Coloring. Brittany loves to be creative and inventive. If you have curly and unmanageable locks, Brittany is your DevaCurl Girl! She also specializes in Keratin Smoothing Treatments and our American Wave texturing service. She has an amazing eye for hair styling that leaves her clients coming back for more.

We are so excited Caroline joined our team! She is a local to Wayne and graduate of Radnor High School. Caroline grew up in an artistic family and found a love for hairstyling while working as an assistant in a local salon. Her passion for a career in the beauty industry began at the acclaimed Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in Philadelphia. She then pursued advanced education at the Redken Exchange in New York City! There she mastered Color, Cutting, Hair Design, Color Correction and Balayage Certifications. With over twelve years of experience and advanced education, Carolines eye for beauty shows through in her beautiful Color, Cuts, Highlights, Blowouts, and Keratin Treatments. Caroline believes in providing the best service possible. Nothing makes her happier than to see her clients smile. She loves what she does, it is as simple as that! In her spare time she donates time to providing military vets with hair cuts.

When celebrity hair trends of the West meet the chic hair artistry of the East, beauty is redefined. Gail, a Bucks County native, brings unprecedented style and savvy to the mainline, and Wax Lounge and Beauty Bar. Fifteen years ago, after graduating from East Stroudsburg University, she set foot on a journey cross country. There she attended the renowned Paul Mitchell School in Los Angeles and spent a decade defining her skills in Beverly Hills and L.A. among celebrity stylists and clients. After ten years of West Coast living, she returned to Bucks County, her hometown, and became a resident of Philadelphia. Gail’s talent was quickly recognized by a prestigious salon in Rittenhouse Square. She spent seven years sharing her passion with her clients and the stylist team. Her West Coast experience and advanced education earned her reputation as a leading stylist in Philadelphia. Clients travel as far as New York City just to sit in her chair! Her contribution to the salon secured awards for Best of Philadelphia, Best Salon in Philadelphia Magazine, and Gail was awarded Best Dry Cut in Allure Magazine. Gail loves and believes in the value of education, not only for personal growth but for the benefit of her clients. Her knowledge of the latest trends and styles has earned certifications in color, balayage and highlighting at the esteemed L’Oreal Professional SoHo Academy in Manhattan. She has mastered the twin arts of dry cutting and balayage which is a rare find in the industry.Her strengths go beyond traditional hair styling. Her passion is hair, but more importantly ensuring her clients feel beautiful inside and out. Gail wants to bring beauty to the world, one day at a time, with each and every client.
Molly
Master Hair Stylist & Color Artist
Molly fell in love with the hair industry from years of tending to her own beautiful blonde curly locks! Her journey began after high school, where she attended Temple University and achieved her Bachelor of Arts specializing in Communication. She launched her business career as an Assistant Producer to an Art Director and Studio Manager of a leading retail chain. Her eye for beauty flourished in this role where she was responsible for scouting locations for photo shoots, and booking models, hair stylists, makeup artists and production assistants. Molly rounded out her experience by accepting a position as an Executive Assistant for a Talent Acquisition Manager. Her combined experience in business and her vision for beauty lead her to pursue her passion in the Cosmetology industry. Molly attended the acclaimed Jean Madeline Aveda Institute where she graduated and continued with advanced training. Her experience includes working for top salons in Philadelphia and the suburbs. Molly keeps abreast of industry trends and attends advanced training to offer her clients new techniques and color artistry. She is a curly girl and knows how to cut, style and tame the mane. Molly has a keen eye for the color palette when it comes to highlighting and balayage. Her cuts, style and blowouts leave our clients feeling beautiful and confident. Her focus is not only on her artistry, it is also ensuring she builds genuine relationships with her clients. Before every color treatment she engages her client with a collaborative discussion on the desired result and formulates a custom program to achieve results while maintaining overall hair health. Whether it is the client’s first time in her chair or their 20th, Molly listens to her clients, embraces their vision, and creates beautiful artistry so her clients have gorgeous, natural-looking color, radiant shine and newfound confidence. Renata brings so much talent to our salon, like finding a diamond in the rough. She has over twelve years of experience as a Stylist and Color artist. She graduated from an acclaimed beauty school and has worked for top salons on the Mainline. Renata has an eye for beauty. She is a natural and it shows in her work. Her vision is beyond the consultation. She really cares about her clients. Whether it’s a cut, color, highlights, balayage, blowout or keratin treatment, the result will be beautiful! For many years she juggled raising a beautiful family and advancing in her career as a styist. She embraced opportunites for advanced education and kept abreast of industry trends. Her commitment and dedication to her career, shows in her work. Renata specializes in color, cuts, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments and much more! Our clients love that she speaks multiple languages. What does she do in her down time? Renata loves spending time with her family.
